Carmel Oaks Server

About the role

Carmel Oaks, located in Lakewood, CO, is seeking a dining room server to work the dinner shift from 4pm to approximately 8:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meal selection, which may include ordering from menu, buffet/a la carte item selection, and assistance with any buffet stations (e.g. salad bar, breakfast bar.) as needed.
• Answer questions and make suggestions regarding meal choices, being knowledgeable about menu choices, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Work efficiently and quickly deliver food to residents, aiding them as needed.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables for next meal service.
• Aid with back of house/kitchen duties such as clearing tables, observing residents to ensure safety in dining areas, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of age.
• Effective English verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• May need to complete additional pre-employment screenings such as physical, fingerprint, and TB test as required by state/local guidelines.

Pay

This position pays $17 per hour DOE.

Schedule
