Carlin UPT - Underground Operations Frontline Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign personnel as jobs require.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment performs as desired.
• Coordinate with engineering to ensure compliance with mine plans.
• Develop and train employees to standards for safe and efficient equipment operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of underground mine‑related experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• Proven knowledge of underground hard‑rock mining.
• Experience in planning/scheduling of maintenance work (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to supervise and direct underground personnel.
• Excellent safety and performance record.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days.
