What Will You Do as a Caregiver?

• Provide compassionate, non-medical home care that helps seniors remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Aid with grocery shopping and errands.
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Assist with transportation when applicable.
• Observe client well-being and report changes.
• Encourage independence and maintain dignity.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or in-home caregiver preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
