Cargo Van Drivers

About the role

We're seeking a Driver who will be responsible for transporting art and supplies to and from the Framebridge manufacturing plant to our retail stores. Due to the length of some routes, the ideal candidate must be willing to travel for long periods of time. Drivers will assist in loading, unloading, planning, and preparing appropriately for each assigned trip. The Framebridge fleet includes Sprinter and Cargo vans. Our drivers will interact with our customers as well as our retail team.

Responsibilities

• Operate company Sprinter vans on scheduled routes safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and pleasant attitude with retail store employees and potential Framebridge customers.
• Demonstrate deep care for our customers' art and finished products.
• Load, secure, and unload artwork and materials with care and accuracy.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report any issues immediately.

Requirements

• 22 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR for the past six (6) years.
• 1+ years of experience operating cargo or Sprinter-type vans preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work early morning shifts.
• Reliable, professional, and self-directed.
• Basic smartphone proficiency (for routing and telematics tools).

Pay

The base range is $20/hr-$24/hr plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
