Responsibilities

• Protecting Your Time: No-touch freight. Plus, we ensure you get paid for Layover, Detention, and TONU if plans change.
• Maximizing Your Revenue: Expert 24/7 dispatcher support focused on securing the highest market rates.
• Partnership Options: Flexible contract-based work with both full-time and part-time availability.

Requirements

• Vehicle Ownership: Must own a 2011 or newer Cargo / Sprinter Van (9–15 ft cargo space).
• Note: Rental vehicles cannot be accepted.
• Compliance: Active DOT compliance, plus required equipment on board (Straps, E-Tracks, and PPE).
• Driver Profile: 23 years of age or older with a clean background and MVR for the past 5 years.
• Professionalism: High level of punctuality, flexibility, and responsibility on every route.

Pay

Owner-Operators are paid based on completed loads. Compensation averages approximately $1.00 per loaded mile, though actual earnings may vary depending on route, freight availability, distance, and other operational factors.
