About the role
Kenwood Gables is seeking a Full-time Apartment Caretaker at Highland Management Group, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN. The position offers a starting hourly rate of $17.00 and benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching, paid time off, and paid holidays. Employees who choose to live on-site receive a higher rent discount.
Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning of common areas
- Walk the grounds daily and keep property free of debris & litter
- Clean garages, mechanical rooms, and storage areas
- Replace burned-out bulbs and wash out fixtures
- Have a working knowledge of water and gas meter shut-offs, all apartment fixtures, shut-off locations and sewer clean-outs
- Seasonal tasks: shovel snow, rake leaves, pull weeds, sweep sidewalks as needed
- Clean and detail apartments
- Assure cleanliness of vacant units
- Notify the manager of needed cleaning supplies & equipment
- Perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested by Management

Walk-in interviews are held every Wednesday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM at 5290 Villa Way, Edina, MN 55436.
Pay
$17.00 per hour, starting salary.
