Macklyn Home Care is seeking dedicated caregivers to support seniors and disabled adults in Rehoboth, Lewes, and Georgetown. The ideal candidate will enhance quality of life through companionship, light household tasks, and essential daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Companionship
• Light cooking and cleaning
• Bathing, grooming, toileting assistance
• Ambulation support
• Medication reminders
• Transportation for appointments and errands

Requirements

• One year of experience providing personal care
• Proof of a current TB test
• Physical ability to perform duties
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable personality
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Dedication to serving seniors and disabled adults
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR (optional)
