About the role

Sanzie Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking Home Health Aides to join our dedicated Care TEAM. We offer a supportive environment where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our senior adults and disabled clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform ALL duties outlined in the client's care plan/service agreement
• Demonstrate competency in meal preparation and clean-up, homemaking, and laundry
• Assist with mobility, walking, toileting, personal hygiene, medication reminders, routine transfers, bathing, and showering
• Provide transportation and errand running services
• Participate in ongoing training and educational programs

Requirements

• CPR/First Aid certified
• Certificate showing Negative for TB
• Valid driver's license
• Photocopy of Social Security Card
• Current proof of auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Completed HHA Competency test
• Possible Federal fingerprinting requirement (Gchecxs)
