Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming tasks
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Help patients with mobility and transfers
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous caregiving experience preferred. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail are essential.
