Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Assist with medication management
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
- Document all activities and interactions accurately
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in home health care or related field preferred
