Caregivers PCA HHA Needed in Elbert County

About the role

Sanjzie Healthcare Services Inc. is currently seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) to join their team. They offer a supportive environment where caregivers can enhance the lives of seniors and disabled clients through compassionate and dedicated work.

Responsibilities

• Perform ALL duties outlined in the client's care plan/service agreement
• Demonstrate competency in meal preparation and clean-up, homemaking and laundry
• Provide mobility and walking assistance
• Offer toileting and personal hygiene assistance
• Remind patients of medication schedules
• Assist with routine transfers and bathing/showering
• Handle transportation and errand running services

Requirements

• CPR/First Aid certified
• Negative TB test result
• Valid driver's license
• Copy of Social Security Card
• Proof of auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Completed HHA Competency test
• Possible federal fingerprinting requirement

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others, be compassionate, dedicated, and reliable. Previous experience in a home care setting is preferred, but not mandatory.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to follow directions, and a positive attitude are essential. Knowledge of basic medical procedures and a willingness to learn new skills are also beneficial.
