Griswold Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to serve clients throughout Southwest Raleigh, Cary, Apex, and Morrisville. Pay

• Pay ranging from $16.50-$25.00 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Rates based on experience, client needs, and shift length

Schedule

• Shifts ranging from 1 to 12 hours
• Full‑time and part‑time opportunities
• Ability to build a schedule around your availability

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and supervision
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs
• Preparing meals
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Performing light housekeeping
• Providing transportation or assistance with errands
• Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes
• Communicating updates and concerns to the Griswold office team

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain one
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Griswold team
• Caregiving experience is preferred
• CNA or PCA certification is a plus but not required
• Evening and weekend availability is especially helpful
