Location: Bellevue, Kirkland, Mercer Island, and surrounding areas. TheKey is the largest provider of private‑pay in‑home care for aging seniors in North America, offering flexible schedules and competitive pay.

Pay

• Base hourly rate: $22‑24 per hour
• Short 4‑hour shifts: $25‑26 per hour
• Weekly pay with optional daily pay through PayActiv

Schedule

• Daytime shifts preferred
• Short shifts of 4–6 hours available
• Full‑time and part‑time positions
• Weekend coverage highly preferred
• Drivers or commuters between client homes are welcome

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles, or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA license
• CPR certification
• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, insurance, and registration
• Pass state background screening and be eligible to work in the US
