Griswold Home Care in New Castle County Delaware is looking for compassionate and experienced caregivers to join their team.

About the Role

Griswold Home Care was founded by the late Jean Griswold in 1982, making us the oldest non-medical home care franchise organization in the country. We provide professional caregivers for personal care, homemaking, and companionship services. Responsibilities

• Valid drivers license
• Personal vehicle in good working order with up-to-date car insurance
• At least 2 years professional caregiving experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Flexible hours and opportunities to assist seniors on day and night shifts
• Helping seniors live independently while maintaining their dignity
• Providing non-medical elderly care and home companionship
• Assisting with various responsibilities such as laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation
• Aiding with daily tasks such as bathing and feeding
• Completing documentation for each shift and communicating with the office about client needs
• Ensuring clients receive the highest quality of elderly care

Requirements

• Valid drivers license
