In this role, caregivers provide in-home support to clients, including assistance with daily activities, personal care, and light housekeeping. Responsibilities may include helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, and safe mobility. Caregivers observe and report changes in clients’ conditions, follow individualized care plans, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors. The position requires reliability, respect for client dignity, and adherence to company policies and safety standards.Qualifications Ability to provide compassionate Caregiving and Home Care in a client’s residence.Skills in Personal Care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).Experience or interest in Elder Care, supporting older adults with varying needs.Strong Interpersonal Skills to build trust, communicate clearly, and maintain professional relationships.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant caregiving training or certifications are a plus.Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Chicago, IL.Ability to pass background checks and meet all regulatory requirements.Physical ability to assist with lifting, transfers, and mobility support as needed.Illinois Drivers License
