Primary Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance with hygiene needs including bathing and toileting
• Memory Care
• Assisting with daily living including meal preparation, light cleaning
• Friendly and compassionate communications
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Taking clients to medical appointments and on errands
• Companionship and conversation

Caregiver Requirements

• 1+ years experience caregiving
• Required: Maryland Driver’s License (not provisional or learners permit)
• Required: Reliable personal transportation with valid auto insurance in your name
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Ability to successfully pass a Reference Check, Background Check and Motor Vehicle Check, and a pre-employment Drug Screen
• Ability to read, speak and write in English
• Additional languages are a plus
• Willing to work with clients with cats or dogs or clients that smoke
