Caregivers - Home Care Frederick County

About the role

We are actively hiring part-time Caregivers, PCAs, and CNAs to deliver personal care, companionship, and homemaking services to older adults throughout Frederick County, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Grocery shopping and transportation to appointments
• Dementia and memory care support
• Sharing regular care updates with families and the office team

Requirements

• CPR Certification required
• At least one year of caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and registration
• Willingness to travel within Frederick County
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Qualifications

• A caring, dependable, and responsible individual

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping
