Caregivers - Home Care Carroll Co. and Neighboring areas

About the role

We're currently building our caregiver workforce across Carroll County, including Westminster, Sykesville, Manchester, Eldersburg, Finksburg, and Taneytown, along with nearby Pennsylvania communities such as Hanover and York.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with personal care needs including bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Light housekeeping and preparing meals
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and transporting clients to appointments
• Providing companionship and memory care support for clients with dementia
• Keeping family members and office staff informed with regular care updates

Requirements

• A reliable, compassionate person with a genuine desire to help
• CNA certification is a plus, but not a requirement
• CPR Certification required
• At least one year of caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and current auto insurance and registration
• Willingness to travel within the Carroll County service area
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
