About the role
Fedelta Home Care is currently seeking caregivers, HCA’s, and CNA’s for in-home care services in Clark County, WA. Flexible scheduling and a positive work/life balance are offered alongside quality care in a one-on-one setting.
Responsibilities
- You are a Licensed and Insured Driver willing to transport clients- reimbursed at 0.72 cents per mile for all work-related driving.
- Use a smartphone for time and attendance software.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Meal preparation
- Stand-by assistance
- Medication reminders and assistance
- Companionship (playing games, going for walks, engaging in conversation, etc.)
- Light house chores
- Driving to appointments, running errands, etc.
- Showering, bathing, grooming assistance
- Other essential duties as assigned
What you MUST have
- Active HCA or CNA license valid in the State of Washington
- Current Washington State CNA, HCA, HHA, or NAR credential in good standing
- Valid Washington State driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of current auto insurance
Schedule
Flexible! Currently hiring for Day and Swing shifts Monday to Friday availability strongly preferred
PAY/COMPENSATION
- Base rate of $23.25 - $24.75 per hour, depending on experience!

Supervisory Responsibilities
None. Escalated matters of significance are referred to In Home Care Supervisor or Manager.
Education and/or Experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (C-NA), Home Care Aide (HCA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR)
- Minimum of six months industry-related experience
Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations
- Current Washington State CNA, HCA, HHA, or NAR credential in good standing
- RN Delegation certification is strongly preferred, but not required
Computer Skills
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with or the technical aptitude to proficiently use health care programs such as WellSky Personal Care
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, lift, balance, use hands to finger, handle, grasp, or feel; talk and hear; bend and reach with hands and arms; and use repetitive motion of wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Occasionally required to climb ladders or steps, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects including the human body
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to both inside and outside environmental conditions while conducting home visits and travel between locations.
- May occasionally be exposed to atmospheric conditions during in home visits such as fumes, odors, dusts, mists, or poor ventilation.
- May be exposed to infectious diseases.
- The noise level in the work environment is low and typical of what is experienced in a traditional home or office environment.
