Caregivers HCA for hire

About the role

We’re looking for caring, HCA‑certified caregivers with a passion for serving others. If you love creating joyful moments and providing excellent care, we want you on our team! Your role is to ensure the safety, health, and well‑being of clients in their homes and to tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal preparation
• Shopping, errands, companionship
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, activities of daily living (ADLs)

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or approved exemption
• Current TB test or clear chest X‑ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• California Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
