About the Role

The Memory Care team at The Springs Living is looking for a compassionate individual to support residents with memory loss. This role involves assisting residents with daily routines, providing companionship, and collaborating on personalized service plans.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily routines as outlined in their service plans, including bathing, dressing, and personal grooming.
• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Collaborate in developing and revising service plans by communicating resident needs and preferences to supervisors.
• Respond to pages and call lights promptly.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred, but training is provided.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Genuine love for seniors and a willingness to learn.
