About the role

Caregivers (CNA) at Anchor Bay Pocasset provide direct care to senior residents in a home-like and fun work environment. The team is proud of its ranking in top places to work and offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, holiday pay, health insurance, and more.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with an electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability: Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise

Pay

Rates start at $19 per hour with a range of $19 - $20 per hour.

Schedule

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Part Time
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Part Time
• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Part Time
