About the role

Caregivers at Cornerstone at Hampton provide direct care to our senior residents. We are proud of our safe, home-like, and fun work environment and have been recognized as one of the top places to work.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Aid the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), preferred
• Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability: Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise

Pay & Schedule

• Rates start at $21 - $22 per hour based on work experience
• We do offer shift differentials (additional pay for certain hours)
• Available Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Part Time, weekends; 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Part Time, weekends; 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Full Time
