Schedule

  • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Part Time
  • 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Full Time

Pay & Benefits

Rates start at $18 - $19 per hour based on work experience; shift differentials (additional pay for certain hours) are offered.

Responsibilities

  • Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
  • Join or lead fun activities with the residents
  • Track care and other tasks using an easy-to-use electronic health record system
  • Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
  • Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
  • Work collaboratively across all departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect

Requirements

  • Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
  • Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
  • Punctuality and reliability – residents rely on associates for daily living activities
