About the Role

Compass at Forestview's caring and compassionate Resident Care team members provide direct care to our senior residents. Our associates appreciate our safe, home-like, and fun work environment. Available Shifts

• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Full Time with every other weekend, Part Time every other weekend ONLY
• 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM: Full Time with every other weekend, Part Time with every other weekend

Pay & Benefits

Rates start at $21 - $22 per hour based on work experience; We do offer shift differentials (additional pay for certain hours).

What Our Resident Care Associates Do

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), preferred
• Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise
