About the role

Caregivers (CNA) at Anchor Bay - East Providence provide direct care to senior residents in a home-like environment. The team is known for its positive work culture and has been recognized as one of the top places to work.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with an electronic health record system
• Aid the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work across all departments to foster a cooperative and respectful atmosphere

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• An ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues
• Punctuality and reliability
