About the role

Provide compassionate and skilled care to patients in their homes. Assist with daily activities, medication management, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition support
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness and safety
• Communicate regularly with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous home health care experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• First aid training
• Background check and drug screening required

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Good physical stamina and mobility

Pay
