About the role
Provide compassionate and skilled care to patients in their homes. Assist with daily activities, medication management, and health monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
- Assist with meal preparation and nutrition guidance
- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous home health care experience preferred
- Passing score on a background check
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and mobility
Skills
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
- Knowledge of common medical conditions and treatments
