Provide compassionate and skilled care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities, medication management, and other health-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility
• Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous home health care experience preferred
• Passing score on a background check

• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
