Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and high-quality care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and report on client health and safety.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients and families.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR.

Pay

Salary range: $20 - $25 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Hours vary based on client needs, typically 8-12 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
