About the Role

Join our team at Home Instead and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors in West Point, Pender, Wayne, Wisner, and surrounding rural areas. Home Instead serves communities across Norfolk, Columbus, and rural Northeast Nebraska, providing compassionate, in-home care to help seniors live independently and with dignity.

Pay

Part-time: $16-$18/hr | Full-time: $17-$19/hr

Mileage benefit and fuel reimbursement included.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling available for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living, including mobility, bathing, grooming, and personal care
• Help with meal prep, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Offer companionship and meaningful engagement with clients

Requirements

• No prior caregiving experience required — paid training provided
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
