Caregivers

Position Overview

Caregivers follow a nurse-developed plan of care and provide essential support to clients, helping them maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life.

Primary Responsibilities

• Bathing, grooming, and incontinence care
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Ranging-of-motion exercises
• Transfers and ambulation support
• Meditation reminders
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment

Requirements

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Genuine compassion for seniors and a commitment to respectful, dignified care

Available Shifts

• Daytime shifts (4-12 hours)
• Overnight 12-hour shifts
• 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
• Day shift and night shift
• Weekend availability
• Holiday shifts
• Overtime opportunities

Compensation

$16-$18 per hour, based on experience and shift type.
