Requirements

• Registered Nurses (RNs): Current RN license in good standing
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs): Current LPN license in good standing
• Respiratory Therapists: Current respiratory therapist certification
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs): Current COTA certification
• Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs): Current PTA certification
• Radiologic Technologists: Current radiologic technologist certification
• Ambulette Drivers: Valid driver's license and good driving record
• EMTs-Bs: Current EMT-B certification
• Nuclear Medicine Technologists: Current nuclear medicine technologist certification
