Schedule

Daytime shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly client with daily living activities, including transfers, bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Match client and caregiver based on skill level, personality traits, and preferences to support long‑term relationships.
• May include light housekeeping, running errands, meal preparation, and laundry.

Requirements

• Past experience as a caregiver, either professionally or with family members.
• A passion for the job and helping others.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent references from past employers and supervisors.
• Current 2‑step PPD, Quantiferon‑Gold, or chest X‑ray (required by PA Dept. of Health).
• In‑person interview required; must come to our office in Chalfont, PA for interview and paperwork.
