About the role

Young children learn through everything they do—and you’ll help make those everyday moments meaningful. Depending on your classroom, your day might include sensory play with toddlers, reading a favorite book for the tenth time, creating an art project, heading outside to explore, helping children work through big emotions, or watching a preschooler finally master something they’ve been practicing for weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, welcoming environment where children feel known and supported
  • Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
  • Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development
  • Encourage curiosity, independence, confidence, and communication
  • Incorporate art, music, movement, stories, sensory experiences, and outdoor play
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families
  • Partner with fellow educators to create a positive classroom community
  • Recognize each child as an individual and celebrate their growth along the way

Pay

  • Qualified Preschool Teachers: $22–$25/hour, based on qualifications and experience
  • Infant & Toddler Caregivers: $19–$21/hour, based on qualifications and experience
  • $500 New Hire Bonus

Schedule

Monday–Friday. No Nights. No Weekends. Work in a career you care about without giving up every evening and weekend. Our preschool teams work full-time daytime schedules, Monday through Friday, giving you consistency at work and time for life outside of it.

Requirements

Preschool Teachers

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • 6–12 months of experience in a licensed preschool or childcare program

Infant & Toddler Caregivers

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 12–24 months of experience working with children under age three in a licensed childcare setting
  • Infant/Toddler training, or willingness to complete required training with our support
