Caregivers and CNAs Needed in Dallas
About the role
Overture Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Dallas County to join our team in providing exceptional in-home care to clients. We serve areas including Dallas, Garland, Sachse, Red Oak, Richardson, Plano, McKinney, Allen, and Frisco.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication reminders and basic health monitoring as directed
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and family members
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times
Requirements
- Valid certification as a CNA or relevant caregiving experience
- Must be able to provide care within a 30 mile radius of your home
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must work a minimum of 1 shift a week
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with mobility
