• Provide physical and psychosocial care to all residents
• Promote dignity, choice, and individuality among residents
• Report to the shift supervisor and the Wellness Director

About the role

We provide a continuum of care for individuals requiring traditional assisted living and support for their mental health needs, as well as, a dementia memory care unit. With separate units, we offer secured areas for enhanced safety and security. Our rooms are designed to be open to the outdoors, featuring amazing outdoor courtyards.
