The Caregiver will assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Responsibilities include preparing meals, helping with feeding when needed, performing light housekeeping, and supporting medication reminders according to care plans. The Caregiver will observe and report changes in clients’ condition, provide companionship, and support social and recreational activities. This role also involves following safety procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with supervisors, healthcare professionals, and family members to ensure quality care.Qualifications Ability to provide hands-on personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.Experience with basic household tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients, families, and team members.Capacity for patience, empathy, and compassion when supporting clients with physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges.Reliability in following care plans, documenting activities and observations, and reporting changes in client condition.Ability to work on-site in Vicksburg, MS, including flexibility for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous caregiving, CNA, or home health experience is beneficial.Willingness to complete required training, background checks, and meet any applicable state or agency compliance requirements.
