Responsibilities

• Your Impact As An Special Needs Caregiver, You Will Provide overnight supervision, comfort, and routine support
• Help clients with personal care, redirection, and sensory-friendly engagement
• Document nightly activities and communicate any changes or concerns
• Promote independence and inclusion within the home environment

Qualifications

• At Least 1 Year of Professional Caregiving Experience
• At Least 18 Years of Age
• Proof of Eligibility to Work in the U.S.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire)
• including meeting state background requirements
• Valid Driver’s License, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in caregiving, behavioral therapy, or working with individuals with autism (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and current driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and maintain a calm, patient presence
