Caregiver Team Lead

About the role

This is a Full Time position working Monday through Friday 8-430. This position will rotate weekend on-call for caregiving and administrative needs.

Responsibilities

• Provides compassionate care to clients while serving as a positive role model and resource for fellow caregivers.
• Affords assistance with daily living activities.
• Promotes client comfort and well-being.
• Ensures quality care is delivered consistently.
• Offers guidance and support to team members.
• Helps communicate client needs and changes.
• Encourages a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate is caring, dependable, and committed to enhancing the dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Qualified applicants must have a minimum three or more years as a caregiver, CNA, PCA, or other comparable experience.
• Must be able to read right and interpret the English language.
• Must have experience training and guiding others in the workplace.
