Caregiver Swing Shift Full Time

About the role

We are seeking an amazing, compassionate Caregiver to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. The position offers a wage range of $22.48 - 24.97 per hour, with potential for increases and growth. Swing shift differentials are available, including a bonus for active CNA licenses.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to enriching the lives of residents through various care activities
• Work alongside a supportive team to develop long-lasting relationships with residents and colleagues

• Perform a variety of care activities to keep residents healthy and safe
• Continue learning and improving skills while maintaining confidentiality
• Deal with residents, family members, and guests with tact, kindness, and composure

• Ensure compliance with safety, compassion, and empathy standards

Requirements

• A heart for serving others
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A genuine interest in caring for seniors and working in a geriatric environment
• The willingness to learn and improve skills
• The ability to maintain composure and confidentiality
• The ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Must be 18 years old or older

Schedule

Swing shift, 2:00-10:30pm, with set schedules, weekend, and holiday coverage needed.

Pay
