Caregiver Supervisor

Job Summary

The Caregiver Supervisor is a front line and supervisory position at PJS Care Services LLC, responsible for managing caregiving services and promoting client health.

Requirements

• Current RN license in State of Illinois with 2 years health care experience
• Experience in caregiving
• Able to supervise caregivers
• Current certificate in standard first aid and CPR
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and listening skills

Responsibilities

• Accomplish caregiver human resource objectives
• Provide on-site supervision of Caregivers
• Ensure the Client's Plan of Care is being implemented appropriately and effectively
• Assure quality of care
• Provide information to Clients and Caregiving team
• Educate employees, Clients and Client's family members about health care issues
• Function as a resource person and mentor to all Caregivers
• Schedule hours and assign Caregivers to particular Clients
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Provide input to the governing body for policy development

Place Of Employment

PJS Care Services LLC's Corporate Office, Client Homes, work sites outside of the Client's Home as needed. Works In Consultation With PJS Care Services LLC's agency manager.

Work Hours

This is a full-time position that requires a variety of shifts and hours.
