Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect
• Assist with daily routines, mobility, transfers, and safety
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional reassurance
• Communicate clearly with families and the care team
• Use your experience to anticipate clients’ needs

Requirements

• Experienced homecare caregivers (required)
• Mature, reliable, and compassionate professionals
• Strong communication skills and healthy boundaries
• Ability to work independently and confidently
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Clear background screening
• Ability to assist with lifting/moving up to 100 lbs. using assistive devices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
