• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (training is available through our apprentice program if you do not have this experience)
• High school diploma or equivalent

About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Marion, NC. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.
