About the role
Continuum is a well-established home care company servicing clients in the Greater St. Louis area. We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable caregivers to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Client engagement and companionship
- Aiding with client personal care: dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, etc.
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Client transportation: running errands, medical appointments, outings
- Building professional relationships with clients, their families, and the Continuum management team
Requirements
- At least 3 years of caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to move objects averaging 100lbs (with use of assistive devices)
- Effective oral and written communication skills
