About the role

Responsible for providing compassionate care to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities, medication management, and promoting independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with medication management and administration
• Help with meal preparation and nutrition support
• Facilitate social interaction and engagement
• Monitor health status and report changes to caregivers and family members
• Ensure safety and security of clients at all times

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Passing background check and criminal history review
• First aid and CPR certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Experience in home health care or related field
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families

• Physical stamina and flexibility to perform tasks in various environments
