Caregiver Regent Court Memory Care FT - P233

Responsibilities

• Check each resident routinely to ensure that their personal care needs are being met in accordance with their wishes and care plan.
• Review task sheets daily to determine if changes in the resident daily care routine have been made in the care plan.
• Inform the Director of Nursing of any changes in the resident’s condition so that appropriate information can be entered on the resident’s care plan.
• Immediately report all accidents and incidents you observe.
• Report all complaints and grievances made by the resident.
• Aid the resident with daily needs, including preparation for activity and social programs, and transporting residents to/from appointments.
• Ensure that the resident’s rooms are ready for receiving and makes their guests comfortable.
• Aid resident with any necessary hygiene activities. This may include but not limited to daily cleaning and bathing, dressing/undressing, nail care, helping residents to the bathroom or offering bedpans, keeping incontinent residents clean and dry, and helping residents brush their teeth.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid CPR/First aid card.
• Fingerprinting Clearance Card.
• One year of experience, preferred.

Pay

Pay Rate: USD $18.50 - USD $21.00 /Hr. DOE
