Caregiver (RA) (CNA) Full Time NOC

Wage range: $17–$19/hr for Unlicensed Resident Assistants (based on experience), $18/hr and higher for Nursing Assistants/Registered (based on experience).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal-care services: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other designated care
• Assist residents in dining
• Perform homemaking tasks
• Respond to and report changes in resident’s health status and/or any recommendations for changes to the resident plan of care
• Complete thorough daily charting
• Collaborate with other team members within the community to deliver “The Waters Way”
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year of nursing/resident-assistant care experience in senior services preferred
• Ability to read, write, speak, and follow verbal directions in English
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health-record systems
• Compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility with hours, shift schedules, and assignments

Schedule

Full-time, 11 PM – 7:30 AM shift.
