About the role
Caregivers at English Rose work in Edina residential care homes with a 1:3 staff-to-resident ratio. This supportive environment allows you to provide meaningful, relationship-focused care to residents living with dementia and complex medical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living needs
- Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Lead or join in daily engagement activities
- Possess or develop skills to partner with coworkers and families to deliver high-quality care
- Be prepared to step in when a caregiver is unavailable to maintain the 1:3 ratio
- Access 24/7 nurse support for resident care needs
Qualifications
- HHA, PCA, CNA, or RA experience preferred
- Dementia care experience preferred (training provided)
- Compassionate, dependable, strong communicator
- Must be fluent in English with strong verbal communication and written documentation skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and remain active during shifts
- Household/cooking skills preferred
- Valid driver’s license required

Pay
$17.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule
Shifts: Morning, Evening, Overnight; every other weekend
