Caregiver - PRN

Overview

The Rogue Valley Manor, Medford’s premier retirement community, is seeking Caregivers for Memory Support. Work Schedules Available PRN Shift Differentials for NOC & Weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in memory support units.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and record vital signs and medication administration as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance caregiving skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or related field preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.

Skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of memory support best practices.

Pay

$18.00 - $24.19 / hour DOE
